Yoga Workshop: Arm Balances & Inversions

Join Lindsi + Barb for a fun and challenging workshop where we dive deep into tricky arm balances and inverted postures. This is a chance for you to refine your technique, build strength, and improve flexibility. Our safe approach will increase your access to these more advanced poses. $35 early bird / $40 day of

Intro to Hoop Dance (4-week Series)

Dip your toes into the art of beginner hoop dance! Join hoop dancer Lindsi Kay for a 4-week series to practice entry level hula hoop technique and flow. We’ll be learning on-body tricks such as waist hooping, chest hooping, knee hooping, and shoulder hooping. We will also train off-body technique, practicing moves like the weave, vortex, jump-throughs, lasso, isolations, and more! Once we’ve mastered a few tricks, we’ll begin linking them together, transforming our individual hoop tricks into a sequenced hoop dance!

** This class is designed for beginners. No dance or hoop experience necessary. Hoops will be provided, or you can bring your own!

AcroYoga Flash Mob

10 Week Performance Series

Get your dance pants on. Join Lindsi + Buddy of the Slackrobats as they teach a fresh and funky AcroYoga dance, to be performed by the group in FLASH MOB style at the end of the series. Technique and choreography will be learned and refined over the course of 8 weeks, followed by 1-2 planned pop-up performances to WOW unsuspecting crowds and dazzle them with your newly refined flow. No dance or performance experience required.

• Come with or without a partner.
• No dance experience necessary.
• Some experience with AcroYoga required.

AcroYoga Pre-Reqs:
(L-base) Bird, Throne, 15 sec. Shoulderstand, 30 sec. Foot 2 Hand, Ninja Star, 15 sec. Tuck Sit, Star

AcroFusion (Youth)

This is a comprehensive beginner’s youth program in which we combine hoop dance, partner acrobatics, and circus yoga to create a dynamic performance-based class that meets weekly for 9 months, following the school year calendar. This program culminates in a final performance at the Terpsichorean Annual Spring Recital in June.

Hoop Fit Fusion

Hula hoops aren’t just for kids anymore…Join Bend hoop dancer LindsiKay for a fun spin on a great workout! We’ll be utilizing the hoop to reach our fitness goals in a creative, low-impact way. Can’t keep the hoop up? Don’t worry! We’ll be learning technique as we go, so absolutely zero hooping experience is required. Each session will contain mild cardio activity and unique strength training for muscles you didn’t know you had!

AcroYoga: Dance Lifts  

Prepare to discover your inner dancer in this fun and creative dance-centric AcroYoga class. We’ll be practicing acro poses and techniques, sequencing, flexibility, tempo, and musicality.

• Come with or without a partner.
• No dance experience necessary.
• Some experience with AcroYoga required.

 

Aerial Yoga

Yoga in flight. A gentle and accesible class for all.

 

AcroYoga 1 (Adult)  

A beginners 10-week course, meeting every Tuesday beginning January 9th. This series is designed for ABSOLUTE beginners in AcroYoga. We will start at square one to build foundational technique from the ground up! This class will include strength, flexibility, and technique training. No partner or experience required.

 

Hoop Fit Fusion

Hula hoops aren’t just for kids anymore…Join Bend hoop dancer LindsiKay for a fun spin on a great workout! We’ll be utilizing the hoop to reach our fitness goals in a creative, low-impact way. Can’t keep the hoop up? Don’t worry! We’ll be learning technique as we go, so absolutely zero hooping experience is required.
