AcroYoga: Dance Lifts

Prepare to discover your inner dancer in this fun and creative dance-centric AcroYoga class. We’ll be practicing acro poses and techniques, sequencing, flexibility, tempo, and musicality.

• Come with or without a partner.
• No dance experience necessary.
• Some experience with AcroYoga required.

Aerial Yoga

Yoga in flight. A gentle and accesible class for all.

• Limited to 12 students.
• No experience necessary.

AcroFusion 1/2 (Youth)

This is a comprehensive beginner’s youth program in which we combine hoop dance, partner acrobatics, and circus yoga to create a dynamic performance-based class that meets weekly for 6 months. This program culminates in a final performance at the Terpsichorean Annual Recital.

Aerial Yoga

AcroYoga 1 (Adult)  

A beginners 10-week course, meeting every Tuesday beginning January 9th. This series is designed for ABSOLUTE beginners in AcroYoga. We will start at square one to build foundational technique from the ground up! This class will include strength, flexibility, and technique training. No partner or experience required.

 

Acro Fusion (Youth)

This is a comprehensive beginner’s youth program in which we combine hoop dance, partner acrobatics, and circus yoga to create a dynamic performance-based class that meets weekly for 6 months. This program culminates in a final performance at the Terpsichorean Annual Recital.

 

Foundations of AcroYoga

Join us as we explore the world of partner acrobatics. This class focuses on foundational skills, so it would be ideal for those just entering this practice. Content will change weekly and will increase in skill level as the room advances.
